DISCOUNT POLICY :

1)  Discounts only apply to regular pet care services -- Discounts do not apply to the following:

• Initial Visit Fee

•  Emergency Transportation services or charges related to these services

• Poop Scooping services
  

• Charges for items purchased for client or their pet (food, treats, supplies)

• Meals, treats, toys or supplies sold by Lucky Pet at Home or Lucky Pet Meals and Treats
  

2)  Only one (1) discount can apply to any service

3)  Lucky Pet will always try to apply the best discount that is available

4)  Accounts that are more than 30 days late being paid are subject to having discounts removed and all services will be invoiced at the regular price

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:

Lucky Pet at Home is proud to offer discounts to the following clients:

• Active or Retired Military

• Active First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS)

• Nursing and Ancillary Patient Care Staff

LATE FEES:  $10.00 will be automatically added to any invoices that are 10 days past due.

                        $20.00 will be added to invoices that are more than 15 days past due.
