They took care of all details including mail, watering plants, and pet medication. I have an older cat who needs a lot of meds. He gets two kinds by mouth in the morning and the evening and two additional kinds mixed into his food. I was worried that it would be too much for somebody else to keep track of, but they did a stellar job and also sent pictures and updates.

I will absolutely use them again. They keep all of my info on file for future visits and they have a very user friendly online portal. Their rates are also extremely competitive- better than most other online companies I've seen where you are usually hiring someone to take care of your pet as a side gig.
